I honestly debated whether or not to post this.
The past month has been one of the hardest periods of my life after experiencing multiple losses in my family. Between phone calls, long days, helping family, and trying to keep up with everyday responsibilities, I haven’t had the time or energy to work on content the way I normally do.
I hate asking for help, but I also know a lot of people have been asking how they can support me right now. So instead of making a random “please support me” post, I wanted to put together a list of small things that genuinely helped me get through this month.
These are products I actually used constantly during stressful days, long nights, and moments where I just needed life to feel a little easier.

Liquid IV
I relied heavily on Liquid IV this month. Between stress, long days, standing for hours, and forgetting to properly eat and drink sometimes, staying hydrated became really important.
I especially like having something easy that I can throw into water quickly without thinking too much about it
Creatine Pills
Normally I don’t mind mixing powders, but lately I needed things to be as simple as possible. Creatine capsules made it easier to stay consistent without having to prepare another drink during already overwhelming days.
Heating Pad
This became one of my most-used comfort items this month. Between stress, exhaustion, standing for long periods of time, and tension headaches, having a heating pad at the end of the day honestly helped a lot.
AirPods
I genuinely don’t know how I would have managed without these recently. There were so many phone calls, logistics, conversations, and moments where I needed hands-free audio while doing other things.
They made everything feel just a little more manageable.
Dyson Bladeless Fan
Sleep has been difficult lately, and having consistent airflow and white noise at night helped more than I expected. It also just made the house feel calmer during stressful days.
Final Thoughts
I know this post is a little different from my normal content, but I wanted to be honest about where I’ve been lately.
If you’ve supported my content in any way recently — whether through comments, messages, shares, saves, or purchases — thank you. Truly.
And if you’re going through a difficult season too, I hope this list maybe helps make things feel even slightly easier 🤍
